Mind Matters Counselling Services Workshop/Training Policy *

I acknowledge that I have read the Mind Matters Counselling Services workshop/training cancellation policy and understand that the training will proceed based on bookings to meet minimum numbers.

TRAINING CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
We understand that plans can be subject to change, and there may be instances where cancellations result in associated costs. Consequently, the following policies are in place: If you wish to explore options for cancelling or rescheduling a course, please contact for further discussion. Mind Matters Counselling Services (MMCS) endeavours to be flexible and accommodating with training, acknowledging that exceptional circumstances may arise warranting a waiver of charges. To initiate any changes, please contact info@mindmatterscounselling.com via email, as all cancellations and reschedules must be communicated in writing. An invoice will be issued on receipt of your registration form and acknowledges that you have agreed to pay and attend the training.

TRAINING CANCELLATION

• Full payment is due at least seven days before the course date for online bookings or electronic fund transfers.

• Full refunds will be granted if we receive notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the course date if there is sufficient numbers attending to run the course. If cancellation reduces the number below the minimum numbers no refund will be provided.

• A 50% refund is available for cancellations at least 7 days prior to the course, or you can reschedule once within 6 months.

• If your organisation cancels less than 7 days before the course, no refund or date change is provided.

• In the rare case of rescheduling due to instructor unavailability, a full refund or mutually agreed rescheduling is offered.

TRANSFER:
Registration is transferable with notice:

• To transfer registration, email info@mindmatterscounselling.com with relevant details.

• Registration fees can be applied to a different MMCS course within 6 months from the original registration.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In the event of MMCS cancelling or rescheduling a course, liability is limited to the purchased course amount. Except as required by law in the State of Victoria, Australia, MMCS is not liable for any additional losses incurred due to event changes, including travel and accommodation expenses.
